To enhance new employees’ understanding of the company’s corporate culture and rules and regulations, and to help them quickly integrate into the team and get up to speed with their work, the Human Resources Department conducted the second round of 2020 onboarding training for new employees from August 4 to August 6, 2020.

A total of 46 new employees participated in this training. Yan Xia, Head of the Technical Quality Department; Liao Tingjun, Deputy Head of the Finance Department; Yuan Jiankun from Hongxinda Company; Liu Zhu and Wu Shan from the Comprehensive Management Department; and Zeng Yuan from the Human Resources Department each gave presentations on the company’s current status in technical quality, financial management, information technology management, comprehensive management, and human resource management. In addition, Guizhou Sanrenxing Expansion Education Consulting Co., Ltd. was commissioned to conduct a one-day outdoor team-building training.

This training has laid the foundation for new employees to understand the company and integrate into the team. We hope that, through this training, new employees will keep pace with the company’s development, remain proactive and ambitious, and fully realize their own potential!
