On September 23, 2020, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.
Wu Guangmei, Party Secretary and Chairman of Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Lin, Chairman of Guizhou Provincial Transportation Planning, Surveying and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony and signed the agreement.
Based on the principle of complementary advantages, the two parties have agreed to jointly develop key markets that include, but are not limited to, cooperation in urban municipal engineering, environmental protection (such as treatment of black-and-stinky water bodies, soil remediation, solid waste management, hazardous waste management, and wastewater treatment), road and bridge construction, and civil architecture.
In her speech, Wu Guangmei stated: “The company’s business scope covers four major sectors: chemical engineering, environmental protection, municipal and civil engineering, and investment and operations. In recent years, the company has actively implemented the new development philosophy and has begun to strategically position itself in infrastructure construction and environmental improvement initiatives. We have been proactively expanding our presence and continuously stepping up our efforts in areas such as pollution control, solid waste management, new energy power generation, soil remediation, and watershed management, thereby driving the company’s comprehensive development.”
In his speech, Zhang Lin stated: “The company’s core business areas—including highways, municipal engineering, construction, and water transportation—complement those of Donghua Technology nicely. Under the strategic cooperation framework agreement signed today, both parties will focus primarily on the Chinese mainland market, leveraging their respective strengths in market development, technological exchange, project collaboration, and brand co-creation to achieve greater synergy and realize even greater accomplishments.”
The company and Donghua Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. will fully leverage their respective strengths, innovate cooperation mechanisms, expand areas of collaboration, and strive to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
