From November 3 to 5, Peng Jiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairperson of the Trade Union, and Head of the Comprehensive Management Department of the company, will be present. Cui Wenwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Guizhou Road & Bridge Group; Zhang Jinwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Trade Union, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Guizhou Bridge Group; Ling Haifeng, Party Secretary and General Manager of the Operations Division of Guizhou Expressway Group Co., Ltd.; Guizhou Expressway Group Co., Ltd. Yan Qizhi, Party Branch Secretary and Director of the Operations Center, accompanied the research team and organized a symposium for exchange and discussion.
Peng Jiao and her delegation visited, in turn, the staff reading rooms, workshops, moral lecture halls, and model worker innovation studios at five units: the Third Branch of the Grassroots Trade Union under Guizhou Road & Bridge Group, the Operation Center of Guizhou Bridge Group, the Bridge Research Institute, the Road Network Center of Guizhou Expressway Group Co., Ltd., and the Guiyang North Toll Station. During these visits, they gained a detailed understanding of and learned from each union’s development status, work achievements, and relevant experiences. At the exchange symposium, both sides engaged in lively and in-depth discussions on topics including trade union fund management, promoting production and operations, protecting the rights and interests of female workers, and the forms of cultural and sports activities.
Finally, Peng Jiao expressed her gratitude to all the organizations she visited during this trip. She hopes that this exchange and learning opportunity will serve as a catalyst for establishing and maintaining long-term friendly relations with various trade unions, and that it will soon facilitate deeper cooperation and exchanges between them in areas such as joint union initiatives, thereby achieving mutual progress and win-win outcomes through collaboration.
