On November 5, 2020, the Guizhou Province Highway Network Toll Collection and Management Center organized a review meeting in Guiyang City for the “Design Proposal of the ETC Gate Monitoring and Operation & Maintenance System for Guizhou Province.” The meeting invited relevant domestic experts, the Provincial Road Network Center, the Provincial Highway Administration, and various highway operating entities that have adopted unified construction and maintenance models.

Our company and its subsidiary (Guizhou Hongxinda High-Tech Co., Ltd.) as the drafting unit have delivered a detailed and comprehensive report on the proposal. Following questioning and discussion, the experts and participating organizations concluded that the proposal meets the requirements for the construction and operational management of the Guizhou Province highway network toll collection system. The documentation is complete, the content is thorough, and the proposal fully complies with the review criteria. All participants unanimously agreed to approve the proposal. During the meeting, it was also clearly defined that the gantry monitoring, operation, and command center managed by our company will serve as a sub-center under the provincial network center, specifically responsible for the operational management of ETC gantries. This designation provides the necessary guarantees and support for the smooth operation of ETC gantries in our province in the future.

At 10 a.m. the next day, led by Director Zhang Tao from the Provincial Network Center, a delegation including senior officials from the Guizhou Provincial Highway Administration and the Provincial Network Center visited the 11th floor of Hufeng Building to inspect the provincial ETC gantry monitoring, operation, and command center built by our company. Representatives from our company and Hongxinda Company also attended the visit. The inspection team toured the ETC gantry monitoring and operation platform, the command hall, the central computer room, the office environment, and the conference room, and listened to a work report presented by our company. At the conclusion of the visit, the delegation highly praised the completion of the entire command center’s construction and provided valuable guidance, offering important instructions for the center’s future development.

The construction of the command center marks another solid step forward in the ETC gantry project, laying a necessary and robust foundation for the project’s final acceptance and the subsequent expansion of its business operations. We believe that the command center will undoubtedly provide strong data support and operational assurance for the smooth operation of Guizhou Province’s highways in the future.
