The spring breeze caresses our faces, and a myriad of flowers compete in their fragrance. On the afternoon of April 23, 2021, the Women’s Committee of the company’s trade union held its meeting at the staff reading room on the M floor. The organization carried out “Warm Hearts in Spring—A Blooming Life” Flower-arranging Activity for Female Employees. Since the launch of this event, it has received an enthusiastic response from a wide range of female employees, with participants coming from various sub-unions. About 45 female employees signed up to participate.

The event venue was beautifully decorated with a romantic balloon flower wall and a dessert table. Accompanied by upbeat music, the air was filled with the fragrant scents of flowers and sweet treats, creating a uniquely warm and cozy atmosphere for every female employee in attendance. Everyone spontaneously took photos and posed for group shots. The event featured fresh flowers as its centerpiece, and a professional floral designer guided participants through techniques for flower arranging and color coordination. Under the instructor’s expert guidance, everyone eagerly jumped in, unleashing their imagination and creativity as they combined roses, chamomile, balloon flowers, and various other blooms with greenery. As they explored and created together, the room was alive with laughter and cheerful chatter, making for an exceptionally vibrant and lively atmosphere.

This flower-arranging event is a beautifully ceremonial gathering meticulously prepared by the Women’s Committee of the Trade Union for its female employees. The activity allowed the female employees to fully savor the beauty of spring and filled them with hope for the future in their work. Moving forward, the Women’s Committee of the Trade Union will continue to organize specialized activities tailored to the physical and mental well-being of female workers, and we look forward to the active participation of all female employees.
