On September 9, 2021, Kan She Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing Zhongke Tian Tong Technology Co., Ltd.

Based on the principle of complementary advantages, both parties have agreed to engage in in-depth strategic cooperation, adhering to the principles of "complementary strengths, resource sharing, mutual benefit, and win-win collaboration." The cooperation will focus on areas such as monitoring and early warning of natural disasters; surveying and design during the construction phase of transportation infrastructure—including bridges, highways, and tunnels—as well as routine monitoring during the operational phase and emergency assessments following disasters.
In their remarks, the leaders of both sides introduced each other to the company’s business areas, its new development philosophy, its strategic layout, and its future growth prospects. They also highlighted the complementary nature of the cooperation between the two sides and engaged in an in-depth discussion on potential future collaboration opportunities and approaches.
