On September 27, 2021, ten departments—including the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Publicity Department of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Guizhou Provincial Department of Science and Technology—held the 2021 Provincial Conference on the Ten Major Projects for Innovative Development of the Service Industry in Guiyang.
