On the morning of November 24, the Provincial Party Committee’s Talent Work Conference was held in Guiyang. Chen Yiqin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Talent Work Leading Group, attended the conference and presented awards to the winners and nominees of the “Guizhou Outstanding Talent Award.” Mr. Zhang Lin, Chairman of our company, was nominated for the first-ever “Guizhou Outstanding Talent Award” by Guizhou Province.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Guizhou has deeply implemented the strategy of strengthening the province through talent in the new era, actively fostering a comprehensive framework for talent development. Talent policies have been continuously refined, the size of the talent pool has steadily expanded, significant achievements have been made in talent services and development, and the environment for talent development has continued to improve. They have attained excellent accomplishments in key tasks and major undertakings such as poverty alleviation, epidemic prevention and control, and high-quality economic and social development. They serve as exemplary representatives of talent from all sectors and fields across our province. To recognize their outstanding contributions, foster a societal environment that values, cherishes, respects, and effectively utilizes talent, and continuously send out a strong signal of our province’s comprehensive efforts to attract, nurture, and employ talent, further inspiring the broad ranks of talented individuals across the province to actively and creatively contribute to high-quality economic and social development, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government have decided to award the “Guizhou Outstanding Talent Award” to four individuals including Ouyang Ziyuan, and to confer the “Guizhou Outstanding Talent Award Nomination Prize” on nine individuals including Zhang Lin.
