The “Notice on Launching the 2022 Campaign for Preventing Illegal Securities and Futures Activities” recently issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) outlines the organization of the third National Campaign for Preventing Illegal Securities and Futures Activities in May 2022. The Notice points out that currently, illegal securities activities are widespread and highly deceptive and concealed, seriously harming the interests of the public, disrupting the order of the capital market, and undermining social harmony and stability.

 

                

                 

                    Investors are kindly requested to pay attention to the Anti-Fraud Awareness Month activities and enhance their risk identification capabilities.
