On July 9, 2022, Kan She Co., Ltd. signed strategic cooperation framework agreements separately with Kaili Kaisheng State-owned Capital Investment & Operation (Group) Co., Ltd. and Guizhou Qiankai Urban and Town Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. in Kaili City, Guizhou Province.

Zhang Xiaohang, General Manager of Kan She Co., Ltd., Lu Chenghui, General Manager of Kaili Kaisheng State-owned Capital Investment & Operation (Group) Co., Ltd., Pan Hongchun, Party Secretary and Chairman of Guizhou Qiankai Urban Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., and Wu Bin, General Manager, attended the signing ceremony. Also present at this significant occasion were Xie Haiwen, Director and General Manager of the Transportation Division of our company; Liu Renming, Assistant to the General Manager and Head of the Marketing Department; and Wu Yixuan, Vice Mayor of the Kaili Municipal Government, among other leaders.

Kaili Kaisheng State-owned Capital Investment & Operation (Group) Co., Ltd. is a first-class state-owned enterprise directly managed by the city government. Its core business focuses on the investment and operation of state-owned capital, serving as an authorized decision-making center for the management of state-owned capital investments and operations. The company’s headquarters primarily engages in business areas such as regional development, solid waste treatment, new energy, and the recycling and utilization of renewable resources.

Guizhou Qiankai Urban Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. is one of the five municipally-owned state-owned (group) companies under the jurisdiction of the city. Its core business includes undertaking investment and financing for major livelihood projects and key construction initiatives assigned by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Government; urban development and construction, investment and financing, and related services; planning and design, engineering construction, and related services; urban management and operations; real estate development and construction; construction and operation of industries such as parking lots, gas supply, and commercial logistics; land remediation and mineral resource development; industrial investment and other related activities.
