The “Kanshe Cloud” office platform has been launched and is now operational.

On September 27, the next-generation digital management platform of KanShe Shares—“KanShe Cloud”—officially went live and began operating. The mobile client (supporting Android, Apple, and HarmonyOS systems) was launched simultaneously.

The “Kanshe Cloud” office platform is a next-generation SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) system developed by Guizhou Hongxinda High-Tech Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kanshe Shares. This system integrates the business and management characteristics of engineering consulting firms in the engineering sector, adopts a multi-tier architecture, and incorporates advanced technologies such as a BPM (Business Process Modeling) engine, a form engine, a unified authentication engine, and a big data visualization platform. It organically combines business processes, financial processes, and management processes within enterprise operations, thereby building an enterprise-level service platform that provides both internal and external services. This system can significantly enhance the service efficiency and work productivity of engineering consulting firms and offers a comprehensive solution for the digital transformation of management in engineering consulting enterprises.

The “Kanshe Cloud” office platform has the following key features:

1. Digital Collaborative Management Platform

The system fully integrates business and management processes, covering areas such as customer management, operational management, end-to-end project management, time-tracking management, knowledge management, digital office automation (OA), digital archive management, human resource management, asset management, and financial management. The system breaks down data silos horizontally and integrates data vertically, providing direct data support for decision-making and analysis. It achieves interconnectedness across multiple functional areas within engineering consulting firms, enables comprehensive data control throughout the entire process, and ensures transparent data management—thus enhancing the digital management and collaborative capabilities of engineering consulting organizations. Compared to the previous version, this system boasts significantly improved overall stability and scalability, making it better suited to meet the demands of complex enterprise-level management, such as divisional management structures.

2.  Quick Business Process Modeling

The system integrates a BPM (Business Process Modeling) engine that enables users to quickly create process models online and supports the design of complex workflows. Users can easily customize their desired business processes simply by directly dragging and adjusting visual modules, greatly enhancing the convenience of business process adjustments.

3.  Multifunctional form

The system integrates a form engine that supports user-defined forms, enabling users to create forms and data lists online, thereby significantly reducing page coding time. At the same time, it also allows for form-binding workflows, enabling forms and processes to be combined into a synergistic “process-form” business model.

4. Unified Authentication and Visual Data Analytics

The system integrates a unified authentication engine, enabling single-sign-on access to multiple systems and making the entire platform architecture more standardized and规范化. The system also integrates a big data visualization platform, creating a digital management leadership dashboard that transforms complex enterprise management into a visual and streamlined process.

5.  Leading Digital Transformation

The system has established an enterprise-level business management system and an enterprise data asset management system centered on the full lifecycle management of engineering construction, achieving integration of information systems and integration of information data. Based on this system, organizations can identify digital business entry points and explore directions for digital product development.

The first-generation information management platform of Kan She Shares was launched in 2014. At the time, it was custom-developed specifically to meet the needs of engineering consulting firms and boasts independent intellectual property rights. After continuous refinement and upgrades, it now supports the management requirements of listed companies. In 2018, the system gradually entered the market and has since been rolled out to more than 10 engineering consulting firms across nine provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) nationwide, including Guangxi, Hunan, and Shaanxi.

The launch and operation of the “Kanshe Cloud” office platform have laid a solid foundation for Kanshe Shares’ journey toward digitalization. Moving forward, Guizhou Hongxinda High-Tech Co., Ltd. will closely integrate with the engineering surveying and design industrial chain, promote the aggregation of the industry ecosystem, explore new digital business models, and support Kanshe Shares’ digital transformation across all scenarios, the entire chain, and every stage of the process, striving to build a “community of shared destiny for engineering construction.”
