Business Introduction

In 2020, the company established the Resources and Environment Division, which comprises Guizhou KanShe Ecological Environment Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as KanShe Technology), Guizhou KanShe Ecological Environment Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as KanShe Construction), and Guizhou KanShe Ecological Environment Consulting & Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as KanShe Consulting). KanShe Technology was founded in 2011 and primarily focuses on environmental monitoring services, dedicated to improving the environment and promoting public health. It operates two testing centers and is an independently legal entity engaged in environmental inspection and testing. KanShe Consulting was established in 2017 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of KanShe Technology. It provides consulting services for projects in fields such as environment, water resources, and agriculture, offering comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of engineering projects—from the preliminary stage through the mid-stage to the final stage. KanShe Construction was founded in 2006 and is an enterprise specializing in the design and construction of ecological and environmental restoration projects. Guided by national key industries, industrial policies, and major strategic deployments for industry development, it has deeply cultivated key business areas including ecological protection, water resources, and agriculture.

The inspection and testing services primarily include water quality analysis (466 items), solid waste and sludge (253 items), noise and vibration (7 items), ionizing radiation and electromagnetic radiation (2 items), environmental supervision, ambient air and exhaust gases (267 items), soil and sediment (297 items), aquatic organisms (6 items), primary agricultural products (27 items), and hazardous waste identification, among others. The environmental consulting services mainly cover environmental impact assessment, discharge permit applications, project proposals/feasibility study reports, pollution source surveys, land planning and design, technical consulting on environmental acceptance, emergency response plans for sudden environmental incidents, cleaner production audit services, contract energy management, and soil pollution investigation and assessment, among others. The environmental remediation services primarily include ecosystem restoration and reconstruction projects, high-standard farmland renovation, remediation of cultivated land quality barriers, ecological restoration of mining areas, environmental engineering design and construction, sales and installation of environmental protection equipment, municipal engineering design and construction, construction and dredging of river, lake, and reservoir embankments, water resource management, protection, and restoration projects, comprehensive utilization of resources such as tailings and waste residues, and hydraulic engineering construction, among others.
