Guizhou Hongxin Chuanda Engineering Testing & Consulting Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Testing and Inspection Center of the Guizhou Provincial Transportation Planning, Surveying and Design Research Institute. On January 28, 2016, it was re-registered as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kanshe Co., Ltd. (stock code: 603458). The company primarily provides technical services—including testing and inspection, consulting and evaluation, and maintenance and design—in the fields of highway, municipal, architectural, railway, and water conservancy engineering.
Holds Grade A Comprehensive Qualification for Highway Engineering; Specialized Qualification for Bridges and Tunnels; Construction Engineering Testing Qualification (including witnessed sampling, foundation and subgrade, steel structures, and main structural components); CMA Accreditation (with over 1,000 accredited testing parameters); Laboratory Accreditation by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS); and Integrated Three-System Certification (covering Quality Management System, Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System). As one of the foundational platforms for technological innovation and quality & safety management in Guizhou Province’s transportation system, our company is able to provide society with scientific, accurate, objective, impartial, and satisfactory testing and inspection data as well as related technical services. We are an independent third-party testing and inspection organization equipped with autonomous testing capabilities and capable of issuing impartial data to the public. The company and its testing areas cover a total area of approximately 7,000 square meters and are equipped with over 1,800 advanced domestic and international testing and inspection devices, including road testing vehicles, laser deflection testing vehicles, vehicle-mounted falling weight deflectometers, bridge inspection vehicles, ground-penetrating radars (Swedish MALA, U.S. Laor), Swiss TSP geological advance prediction systems, U.S. TST geological advance prediction systems, Leica measurement robots, and wireless bridge load-carrying capacity detection systems. Over the years, our company has received more than 40 awards, including the Second Prize of the Guizhou Provincial People’s Government’s Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Award, the Second Prize of the Guizhou Provincial People’s Government’s Science and Technology Progress Award, the Third Prize of the Guizhou Provincial People’s Government’s Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the China Building Materials Federation/China Silicate Society’s Building Materials Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association’s Standard Innovation and Technology Award, the Third Prize of the China Highway Society’s Science and Technology Award, and the Special Prize of the Guizhou Provincial Highway Society.
