In the construction industry, the company primarily undertakes planning, feasibility studies, surveying and design, technical consulting, engineering construction, testing and inspection, engineering supervision, as well as related services such as smart city design, BIM design, and full-process consulting for projects including public buildings, residential communities, underground works, urban complexes, and urban renewal initiatives. The company’s departments engaged in architectural design and consulting primarily include the Architecture Division under the company’s umbrella and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Dajing Architectural Planning & Design Co., Ltd. In recent years, the company has completed nearly 400 projects of various types and has received more than 30 national, provincial, and municipal awards. These projects cover areas such as general contracting of engineering works, engineering consulting, urban planning, architectural design, landscape and garden design, and interior design.
