On the afternoon of October 11, the trade union of Kan She Co., Ltd. meticulously organized a fun sports event titled “Gathering Strength to Move Forward—Fun & Dynamic Kan She” at the activity space on the M floor. General Manager Lü Xiaoshun and Party Secretary and Trade Union Chairman Peng Jiao attended the event in person, joining nearly a hundred employees from 13 sub-union teams to enjoy this exciting and vibrant cultural and sports festival.

The golden autumn brings refreshing coolness, and the sweet fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. To enhance employee happiness and foster a harmonious and caring “big family” atmosphere, on August 22, the first event of the 2025 Employee Sports Meet—“Hand in Hand: Parent-Child Fun Games”—kicked off joyfully at the Kan She Shares badminton court. Forty employees from various departments and their children enthusiastically took part, bringing together young and old for an energetic, heartwarming, and laughter-filled day.

From July 2 to 5, the chess competition of the 5th Workers’ Games for the transportation sector of Guizhou Province was held at Kan She Co., Ltd. A total of 23 teams, comprising 188 athletes from the transportation sector across the province, gathered together to engage in an intense battle of wit and strategy.

Unity and Teamwork Shine Brightly | Kan She Shares Achieves Continuous Success at the Provincial Transportation System Staff Games

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and further enrich the cultural and sports lives of employees, the 5th Guizhou Provincial Transportation System Workers’ Games were solemnly opened on June 13 at Guizhou Transportation Vocational College. This year’s Games will last for 21 days and feature 9 major events with a total of 26 sub-events, including 5-on-5 basketball and 8-on-8 soccer. Kan She Co., Ltd. has sent more than 90 employee athletes to compete in the Games. As of now, the team has already won the championship in the badminton mixed team event and achieved several historic breakthroughs.

Warmth in the New Year | Kan She Shares Launches “Two Festivals, Sending Warmth” Visiting and Comforting Activities

As the Spring Festival approaches, the cold of winter gives way to warmth and affection. To gain a deeper understanding of employees' needs, ensure that our care and concern for frontline workers are truly put into practice, and strengthen the company’s cohesion and unity, just before the Lunar New Year of the Snake, the trade union of Kan She Co., Ltd. launched a “Warmth Delivery during Two Festivals” visit-and-salutation campaign. The campaign reached out to more than 170 employees working on 12 projects—both within and outside the province, as well as overseas—who remain steadfastly at their posts in production. It also extended greetings and best wishes for the New Year to provincial model workers, retired experts, employees facing special difficulties, and those injured on the job.
