The company actively responds to the nation’s “Belt and Road” strategic initiative, exploring overseas market development through multiple channels and in various modes. Since 2013, the company has been engaged in surveying and design, technical consulting, and project management services for overseas road, municipal, and construction engineering projects, accumulating extensive international engineering experience and cultivating a team of professionals who have long-term expertise in overseas business—including market development specialists, engineering designers, engineering consultants, and project managers. The company is a director member of the China Foreign Contracting Engineering Chamber of Commerce. It holds the AAA Enterprise Credit Rating Certificate issued by the China Foreign Contracting Engineering Chamber of Commerce, as well as qualifications as a feasibility study unit (engineering category) and a project consulting unit for foreign aid projects from the China National Administration of International Development Cooperation; it also holds the qualification as an enterprise managing turnkey foreign aid projects (road sector) from the Ministry of Commerce’s foreign aid program, and the qualification as an implementing unit for foreign technical assistance projects (technical support sector). For foreign loan projects, the company provides comprehensive services throughout all stages, including project solicitation and application (such as project planning, preparation of project proposals, and initial registration with the NDRC), preparation of alternative project plans (such as drafting project proposals and providing professional English translation services for communication with bank appraisal teams), project preparation (such as preparing environmental impact assessments, investment decision-making evaluation reports, feasibility study reports, funding application reports, and providing professional English translation services for communication and coordination with multilateral banks), project negotiation and entry into force (such as providing professional English translation services for communication and coordination with multilateral banks), project implementation (including surveying and design, project management consulting, engineering supervision, engineering testing, environmental monitoring, and social monitoring), and post-project evaluation (such as providing professional English translation services for communication and coordination with multilateral banks). The company’s primary overseas market regions include Eastern Europe (such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia), Africa (such as Zambia, Kenya, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Mauritius), and Southeast Asia (such as Laos, Bangladesh, and the Philippines).

To date, our company has undertaken and successfully completed the design and project management of numerous road, municipal road, and building construction projects in Southern Africa. We have cumulatively carried out surveying, design, and project management for over 1,000 kilometers of roads, as well as the surveying and design of more than 3,000 affordable housing units. Additionally, we have been involved in the construction of Zambia’s national highway toll stations and toll collection systems. Other overseas business areas include urban road network planning, drainage system planning, and industrial park planning. Furthermore, our company’s IT team has been actively promoting the digitalization of project management in overseas projects. We have also prepared feasibility study reports for multiple overseas projects, and our results have received wide recognition from the Export-Import Bank of China, Sinosure, and China Consulting.
